This is an Open Tournament. All Gold, Silver and Bronze Teams will be allowed to participate 

1st place award will be customized jersey from Addix - A Michigan based company.

Entry Fee: $550 for 3 Game Format.

- Entries accepted on First PAID IN FULL - First Entered basis. Entering your team online does NOT reserve a spot for
your team. Your Full Payment must be received in our office before your Entry is accepted. Once you are officially accepted
into the tournament you will receive an email confirmation.
